Get at least 8 hours of disturbance-free sleep every day for at least 6 months before marriage. To feel relax you can keep a piece of handkerchief soaked with one drop of essential oil of your choice.
Tip 4: Eat Healthy and stay healthy
Here don’t resemble ‘healthy diet’ and ‘less eating.’ I have seen most of the girls reduce eating before their marriage. This is wrong. Dieting does not mean reduce eating, rather eat the quantity you can but eat healthy and timely.
Avoid junk foods and increase the intake of fruits, green vegetables, and vitamin-rich foods. Reduce the level of sugar and carbs from your diet.
However, I would not suggest any supplements. Natural nutrition is always the best choice. Another mistake lot of girls do is skipping breakfast. Don’t even think of that. Have breakfast before 9 am. Even heavy breakfast is allowed, in such case you can have a light lunch. And yes, drink plenty of water, drink coconut water, fruit juices, and lemon water several times a day.
Apart from healthy eating opt for regular yoga for at least 10 minutes a day. If this becomes impossible for your tight schedule at least try to walk for 20 minutes a day.
Tip 5: Double cleanse and detox your skin
Starting from two months before the grand date, start naturally double cleanse your skin at night. However, stick to gentle cleansers only. In the case of foam cleansers, ensure they are not harsh to your skin. Start exfoliating your skin with a mild scrubber.
Do thorough cleansing of your skin after two returned home from outside. You can book pre-bridal packages at any trusted salon or dermatological center. But keep in mind don’t try any new product and hush chemical containing product. Ensure that your booked professionals use a quality product.
In the end, try to stay relaxed before your wedding day.
